Orders placed before 8:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 8:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) will be processed the following business day.

What happens next?
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will contain links to track your order status or a tracking number.
What if I am not available on the day of the order?
Our packages are delivered by carriers who sometimes require a signature upon receipt. If this is the case and you are not there for delivery, a card will be delivered to your mailbox with information on the procedure to follow. Packages delivered by post generally do not require a signature.

Package tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will immediately send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder. If nothing appears in your spam folder, please contact us at support@avenluxe.com.
Lost or stolen packages (if applicable)
Aven Luxe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, Aven Luxe will confirm delivery to the provided address, along with the delivery date, tracking information, and carrier information for the customer to investigate. Change of delivery address
For a change of delivery address request, we are able to modify the address at any time before the order is shipped.
After placing your order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service and request the modification or cancellation of your order free of charge. In addition, there are no refunds for cancellations after 24 hours of ordering.
Taxes and duties
For our customers in the United States, there is no additional tax on our products, which means you only have to pay the final sale price when purchasing.
Unavailable for delivery:
Our delivery partners will attempt three times before an item is returned to our warehouse. Please make sure to add your available phone/mobile number to the delivery address while placing an order, this will speed up the delivery process.
Proof of delivery:
For certain delivery locations and for certain high-value products, our delivery partner may require valid identification for delivery of goods.
