RETURN POLICY FOR AVEN LUXE:

We take great pride in the quality of every product we represent and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Aven Luxe. We gladly accept returns of unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

The full product price will be refunded, less all shipping charges, for all unopened products.

The refund will be issued via the payment method used for the initial purchase.

Before returning a product, please contact us by calling us toll-free at +1 (513) 978-7459 or emailing support@avenluxe.com so we can provide you with the correct return address. Most products should be returned directly to us, but if a product was shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse, it will need to be returned to that warehouse. When you contact us, we will provide you with the exact return address and any other necessary instructions.  

Exchanges:

If your product arrives damaged, please call us toll-free at +1 (513) 978-7459 or email us at support@avenluxe.com immediately. We will need a photo of the damaged item and a copy of your receipt. We will send you a replacement product.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

One Hour to Cancel or Modify

Cancellation or modification requests must include the order number and be submitted within one hour of ordering by calling +1 (513) 978-7459 or emailing support@avenluxe.com. If no one is available to take your call, please leave a detailed message with your order number, and your request will be processed.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, refuse delivery and have it returned to the sender.

If you haven't received your order and think it's lost, please call us toll-free at +1 (513) 978-7459 or email us at support@avenluxe.com with your full name, a daytime phone number, and request priority tracking. We'll respond as soon as possible, usually within one business day.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned product at our warehouse. Once approved, they will be issued within 5-7 business days, followed by further processing by our financial institution, which will take between 5 and 10 business days, using the original payment method.
