Processing takes 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri), and delivery typically takes 4–7 business days. Total shipping time is 5–9 business days.

  Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Email us at support@avenluxe.com to start your return and get the return address.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If your item is defective, notify us within 30 days and we will replace it free of charge.
• To swap, return your item and place a new order separately.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
