- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If your item is defective, notify us within 30 days and we will replace it free of charge.
- To swap, return your item and place a new order separately.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
